First time doing a curbside pick up and I called in saying that I was there in the spot that I was in and someone answered the phone right away and said that the order will be out momentarily and over and half an hour goes by and I didn’t see anybody then I finally called back and said hey this is so and so I called about a half an hour ago and the person on the phone remembered me and said you ordered this and I said yes and then he finally sent someone out the person that they sent out was not apologetic for me having to wait so long and he barely said two words to me not even a hello just said “in the backseat?”and that was it I work as a customer service Lead at a retail store the size of a football field. so I understand that curbside is a challenging thing but we’re still able to get the curbside deliveries out in a much quicker fashion. even when we have a parking lot full of cars whereas your parking lot maybe had five cars in it. for you guys to be that dead and to have your customer wait over a half an hour for my 1 bottle of liquor it just doesn’t paint a pretty picture for Customer Service at the one on Maple in Amherst.

I did not receive a tracking number, and phoned to inquire about my delivery. I spoke with the supposed manager, who was quite pompous, and said that, "it would come from UPS", which was bogus, as I never received one. Again I phoned a couple of days later, reached a woman this time who began with the same rhetoric. I advised her that I received nothing, and wanted to know the status, and the tracking number. At this point, she reluctantly obtained the tracking number. Upon tracking, the package was already attempted delivery, sat in the hot warehouse, and now tastes rancid. GREAT GOING PEOPLE!!!
