inconsistent quality issue
I purchased 6 bottles of wine, this is a wine which I have tried and like very much. Upon receiving the wine, I tried 2 bottles so far, the taste of the 2 identical bottles are day and night, I would not think they are the same wine. I can only assume there could be some improper storage issue.

Hi Phil, We worked with you on this and issued a refund for the entire order. I'm not sure why you are leaving negative remarks here. The wine was kept in our temperature controlled facility at 55 degrees until it was shipped to you. Perhaps there was a flaw with the wine itself, however, the storage of the wine cannot be blamed. Wine in transit with UPS too long.
My wine delivery was arranged with Cellarage well in advance to ship on Monday (11/30/15) for delivery by Thursday evening. My wine was picked up by UPS on Tuesday morning, instead of Monday, with delivery now scheduled for Friday evening. The UPS trailer arrived at the destination terminal (Austin, TX) Friday morning around 4:30 am, but my shipment was not unloaded until Saturday and not delivered until Monday evening. On Friday afternoon I received an email notification of a possible delay. Later on Friday afternoon, knowing the shipment had arrived in Austin, I spoke to a UPS customer service representative regarding why and when, to no avail.

Significant delay in arrival
When I placed my order in April I was told I would receive the wine in June. I did not receive the wine until the middle of September. While everyone was very pleasant to work with, this was an unreasonable delay.

Smooth transaction good service. I do with the (old, expensive) bottle I bought had had its conditions noted (signs of old seepage on the neck and capsule).

Wine was fine, but shouldn't have done ground ups
Murphys law persists. I shipped UPs and I'll be damned if they didn't try to deliver in the mornings three days in a row, a time when I'm out of the house... Plus the weather was unseasonably hot. Delivery required adult signature and one of my 3 bottles of wine was wearing liquid from the cork when I finally received it...
