Ordered 2013 Carpe Diem and they sent 2014. Also charged $36 per bottle for the 2014 when others are selling it for $26. Felt taken advantage of. Would not use them again.

I think it's rediculous I had to go out of my own way to contact them to schedule shipping when it was deemed months ago that weather was appropriate for shipping. I was deployed and couldn't get to a phone or computer. Long story short I ordered in September and didn't receive it till December. Shipping should be automated.

A high-end wine that I was supposed to get in April arrived in November and I had to be chasing the company to get updates on it with changing dates of arrival every time. Not a service you expect.

Dear Eduardo, Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay with this order. Unfortunately, in dealing with future arrival wines coming from overseas, there can sometimes be delays and this particular delay was outside of our controls. We are sorry that our service fell short for you and we did not keep you more informed. We certainly strive to offer the very best customer service possible. I would like to offer you a coupon to redeem against a future purchase in the hopes that this will help the situation. I can email the details under separate cover. Best Regards, Gretchen Dec COO
