Horrendous. Worst online wine buying experience I’ve ever had (and I buy a lot of wine online). Customer service is terrible. Shipping is slow and expensive. Don’t buy nice wine on this site and expect it to arrive in good condition.

They keep you money long after the auction is over, knowingly sell off condition wine and accept no responsibility or give refunds. And, if you complain they suspend your account.

I bought a lot of wine from them and there is a reason it’s the cheapest out there. I have received fake terrible wine from them over and over. They don’t stand behind their product either. I think Rudy sold a bunch to them

I am wine bid customer for almost 5 years.For 13 bottles of wine I paid $230 shipping cost??!! Never again and multiple time the wine was corked! By,By....

I bought an expensive 1970 vintage of Bordeaux wine through the WineBid.com website, and when I cut the capsule off the top, I discovered that the cork read 1997. While the wine drank like a very faded Bordeaux, I have no way of knowing what was really in there. Disappointing and embarrassing to have opened it in front of guests.

Sure there are some rare wines but your local wine shop will carry the same without the 17% premium and 3-4 weeks shipping, or Ebay for that matter. I will not be a returning customer.
