I ordered the seat cover thinking it was something a little different, more cushion; however, it was more for air circulation than cushion. It took almost the 14 days to arrive, which is what they stated as an expectation. When I had to return I contacted the company and Trish responded to all my inquiries, promptly. The only unfortunate aspect to the whole purchase was on my end, not theirs. I had to pay shipping for the return, I neglected to do my homework before purchasing, and I had to pay a restocking fee. All my bad, not theirs.

Could be a little more fitted, but that may be me or just that my old bike falls outside of the custom ranges. Other than that, it's pretty great. Keeps the ride cool, as it's supposed to, even when the bike's been sitting in direct sun.
