Seat cover ripped after two rides. I did give a five star review when I first received it. After a couple rides I noticed it ripping (tearing) I contacted Windrider. They wanted me to pay for shipping from Canada to the United States. I felt I have already paid enough for the seat cover. I supplied pictures of the tearing. They could have just sent me a new one.

I ordered a seat cover and I believe I got the wrong one. Their site directs you to reach out to Support via email. I reached out to the company by email several times. Initially, I wanted to know if I could modify this product to work for me. I also called three times, one of the times the phone system disconnected my call. I left a couple of voicemails and I have not received any communication from this company other than to ask me to put in a review. I received three emails from them to put in a review. My review towards them is not positive because of the lack of communication, their moneyback guarantee as far as I’m concerned is nonexistent because if they don’t respond to you, you go past your window to return the product. At this point, this product is dead to me and I would just wanna get my money back. so for me this is a thumbs down experience. Their poor customer support makes this a product I would highly recommend against.

I did not receive the correct cover. I submitted a claim exactly as you instructed, providing photos and the model of my motorcycle... yet, a month later, I still haven't received anything!! You are just asking me to take measurements of the seat. You already have the model and year of my motorcycle. Please resolve this issue.

They said te cover was available for my model. But they just send me a random square cover that didn't match my motor cycle (a Ninja 1100SX) at all.

Absolute garbage received what can only be described as a generic seat cover took weeks to get here. Not even close to fitting my bike. I have 4 to 6 inches of overhang on the sides. Then trying to use their return policy. Only way to contact them is email and they never respond. It is a scam the more I looked into it. It's a Chinese company with basically DBA for Wind Rider in the US. They have no US address, no US customer service phone number, nothing. I learned the hard way I'm out $80 now.

Front fits, back kind of fits, but can not lock back seat down with the cover on it!!!!! Your "customer support" REALLY SUCKS!!!! I was planning to get a set for each Brother, and a very good Friend, (a Brother from another Mother). But, with the BULLSHIT I PUT UP WITH!!! SCREW THAT! SO, I HAVE THE FRONT ONE ON, AND WILL NOT ORDER ANY MORE! You also will Not Get A Good Report if anybody ask me about it!!!! You Really Screwed Up! "Customer Service" ARE JUST WORDS AND A "TITLE"!!!!!!!!!!!

If what I read is correct Air Flow and Wind Rider are now the same company and I bought the South African Air Rider for a 2025 Moto Guzzi V85tt Travel and I can tell you crappy fit to small humps up in the middle only goes down when sitting on it and a complete pain the ass to get your motorcycle seat to go back into place. Custom made my ass.

I've a cover for a 2015 R 1200RT which I can not get to fit well enough to get the seat lock to latch. For this reason I am [trying] to get a refund. I first e-mailed on September 3, 2026 and have not yet gotten a reply. Today, September 13, 2026, I have e-mailed again to jog them. Thus far, not at all a good experience.
