Thank you for making this the easiest process possible! Also very fast shipping! My window came 4 days before it was expected!

Thanks Derek for all your advice. Loved the windows, the support they give you over the phone, and ordering online is really user friendly, right after putting the order I recieved a really friendly call from a lady to double check measurements, delivery was fast. Thank you for providing this type of service, you really don't see this much now days, specially online.

This is my second time ordering from the WindowEstore and the process has always been straight forward. No hidden prices or gimmicks. The follow-up call is a given to make sure the order is right and to have any questions answered. Everyone I have talked to is down to earth and knowledgeable. The windows are beautiful and high quality. I installed two casements and one slider so far without major effort however It still takes a while to install them to do it right. I have a few more to order in the future which I plan to do so at the Window Estore. There is a local warehouse nearby where I live so the windows are convenient to pick up. You can’t go wrong with these high quality windows.

Window was delivered on time as promised and was exactly what was ordered. Great online buying experience! Great customer service!

Me. Derek Baker, who is the president, takes all the time you need to make sure the window(s) you order are correct. His personal attention goes far beyond what you would expect. He makes sure you are 100% satisfied else he will correct any potential error immediately without question. He wants a satisfied customer. The windows might be a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. We have bought 8 windows on 3 separate occasions as we are installing the windows while renovating our home and have received undivided attention upon each order. We have 9 more to order in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company and are extremely pleased with the quality of each product☘️

All greatso far. Had to split my order in two sections for manufacturing time on some large windows. My first round came yesterday. All just as ordered and looking great. Plus 5 days early! Could not be happier.

First, within an hour after I made the order, I received a call from a person at the factory, who went over my order with me. He went WAY beyond expectation to explain the various products to ensure I was going to receive the product that best matched my need and budget. I received a second call explaining how to contact the warehouse where the windows would be arriving. I received a third call a few days after delivery, asking if there were any issues. Now let me explain the product. I ordered a large picture window, and four double hung windows. These products are superior in every aspect. We are so happy with this product. You will not regret this investment.

this is the second time I am buying windows from WindowEstore!!! Great high quality windows and great personal service!!
