I always got a person when I called and I continued talking with the representative that originally talked with me after multiple calls. The online ordering process was smooth and the quick follow-up to confirm everything provided extra assurances that it was done correctly. This was the best consultative service I experienced and they were patient and understanding that not everyone knows a lot about window replacements.
