Issues with panes inside glass being fixed
The panes between the glass in the window had slight black spots very visible from the outside. However, nothing can be done to it as it is sandwiched between the two layers of glass. Was very disappointed but the windowestore team reached out to us to assist in getting this fixed as soon as they can. Hopefully they are able to fix it as commited which will prompt me to increase my satisfaction not just with their window, but their prompt service.

Vikram, Thanks so much for the feedback! Your window has a Lifetime Warranty. Please email us pics of the black spots in question and we'll either send out a new window ASAP or we'll replace the glass at absolutely no charge to you! Thanks again and we look forward to helping you!
