Remarkable lead times, and cost on the quality customizable windows is unmatched by anyone I've contacted. The amazing customer service, diligence, and dedication to ensure the customer's needs are met is so very refreshing and much appreciated.

They called to review my order and fulfilled it in a timely manner.

Online ordering was easy. The windows arrived as expected and fit as expected. I also liked that I received a call to verify what I was ordering was actually going to work.

easy to deal with just waiting on my order to come in

Excellent Customer Service and Product! They called to verify my order and provide ship date. This is my second order and my go-to for new windows.

This is my second purchase from WindowEStore! Our first purchase was for replacement windows which exceeded all expectations. Hence there was nothing to consider when we needed windows for new construction. Quick easy process and great communication. They even verify your selections with you before the order is booked so no inadvertent errors.

Excellent customer service! I called them before putting the order and Dereck was very helpful. He spent 15min, with me over the phone and answered all my questions. After putting the order, Sandra called me and checked the measurements with me. Five days later I had a confirmation email with a target delivery date. I am extremely happy with WindowEstore service overall!
