Ron, We apologize for the shipping damage! Shipping damage is really rare but when it does happen we send out brand new windows/doors immediately to replace the damaged ones. Because the windows, doors, and screens have full Lifetime and Double Lifetime Warranties you're completely covered! Since the windows come from the factory wrapped in plastic and cardboard you may not be able to see any shipping damage until you unwrap them. If you notice any damage at all call us immediately and we'll get new windows, doors, or screens shipped out to you ASAP! Thanks so much for the review and since we've talked with you we wanted to inform you that your new items have been ordered and are being shipped directly to your home! Ron, We read your updated review and want to thank you very much for the kind words! Whenever we, our warehouses, or our manufacturer make a mistake we do our absolute best to rectify the issue quickly and as painlessly as possible. We believe in solutions not excuses. Excuses from us won't make your project go any faster or easier but solutions will. We understand that concept 100%. Thanks again for the kind words and for being such a wonderful customer!
