I had a bedroom window with broken hinge, which was in danger of landing in the garden. Admin staff appreciated the urgency and called one of their engineers (CORNEL) who was working a few miles away. He was able to call in and fix the window on his way home. Did a great job, servicing the whole window and giving good advice about avoiding the problem in other windows in the future.
