'new' padel racket
I ordered a new padel racket. It arrived with a deep scratch on the head - no doubt played with and returned. I can't be bothered with the return hassle, as it took a week to arrive.

I ordered a Wilson Clash 100 V3 with the custom stringing option directly from Wilson. The racket arrived completely unstrung, despite ordering it ready to play. Customer service refunded the stringing service only, but I was left to source strings, find a local stringer and spend additional time and money to make the racket usable. I expected much better service from a premium brand.

Really disappointed with the brand and the way customer service handled my complaint. The Wilson UK website shows the Hurakn Pro V2 Women’s Padel Shoe with a big SALE label and a price of £57.50, alongside a picture of the light blue shoe. Naturally, I assumed that was the price for the shoe being advertised. When I clicked through, the blue shoe was actually £115. I then checked the other (colour) options and none of them were available for the advertised £57.50. I contacted customer service to point out that the listing itself was misleading. I even sent them a screenshot and a link to their own website. Their response was simply that the colour I wanted “is not on sale”, which completely missed the point. My issue wasn’t that different colours might have different prices. It was that the website advertises a sale price that doesn’t appear to exist for the product being shown. Instead of looking into it, they arrogantly dismissed the concern. I’d expect much better from a brand like Wilson but I guess I shouldn’t based on their 1.6 reviews here!

Terrible experience. Sizes are hidden misses . Uses ups as delivery , lack of notifications. Worst - requires you to print for returns . I mean get a QR code system like most retailers . Never using this again

Complete garbage. The site is buggy and the live chat feature is basically there for decoration. You’ll never get any remotely useful help from it. I’ve been trying to buy some tennis rackets, and you can tell they don’t give a you-know-what about the customer experience. The site clearly allows users to select the desired racket, but then either fails to add it to the cart or throws an error saying the rackets are low in stock. Utterly pathetic. Stay away from it at all cost. Complete waste of time and money. Looking at other reviews made me realize I shouldn't have spent a single dime on this trash site.

I come to complain about my order being late but the rest of the reviews make me happy I only spent £30 on there site. Never ever will I buy from them again. Spalding, any other brand but them. Customer service is not existent and they are overpriced. Mr Wilson runs a trash hole of a company. Karma will get them all.

Awful company with awful service. I placed an order worth $1,000, and they cancelled it after 24 hours—without even giving a reason. Okay, I looked into it myself; then, it took *them* another 24 hours to figure out why I could no longer use the 15% "first order" promo code. 24 hours? It was so stupid respond .Are you serious? An incredibly incompetent organization. Never again. In all my years of online shopping, I have never encountered such terrible treatment of a customer. I think they greedy the 15% discount, because both a friends tried to make a purchase using the promo code, and right after clicking "complete order," became white page. .

Buyer beware: if you order a high-end tennis racket to be pre-strung from the factory, it will not arrive pre-strung and Wilson's customer service team will not do a thing to make the situation right. I paid to have my Clash 100 V3 pre-strung with NXT string from the factory, but I was shipped an unstrung frame; there weren't even strings in the box. On the phone, Jose Carlos on Wilson's customer service team agreed to issue me a refund for the strings I did not receive, plus a refund for the cost of labor to get my new racket strung locally. Then, over email, he recanted and told me my only two options were: 1. A refund of $24 for the strings I did not receive; or 2. Return the unstrung racket I received and then place a new order on wilson.com, and cross my fingers that the second racket actually shows up pre-strung. I suggested an alternative solution of Jose placing a rush order for a new pre-strung racket to be overnighted to me; of course, the answer was "no." I took my new racket to a local stringer, paid $25 in labor to have it strung, then shared the receipt with Jose and asked that he refund me a total of $49 ($25 for the labor cost that should have been handled at the Wilson factory and $24 for the strings I did not receive). After threatening to initiate a dispute with my credit card company, Jose gave me a total refund of $30 to make me go away. Is the cost of having my racket strung locally going to break the bank? Of course not. But when a huge, well-established global brand like Wilson makes a very obvious fulfillment error and then chooses to do battle with its customers instead of putting in some effort to rectify the mistake, it deserves to be called out publicly. It would have cost Wilson $25 to keep this customer happy and excited to play his new racket; instead, they chose to be rigid and unhelpful, and now they've lost a customer. I will now go out of my way to purchase products from Wilson's competitors in the future. Their handling of this situation is especially absurd when you consider the resources at Wilson's disposal: they're owned by a huge sporting goods conglomerate (Amer Sports), who is in turn owned by an even larger sporting goods conglomerate (Anta Sports).
