The application process was fast and easy, but the delay in the deposit was disappointing. It was promised same day but I didn't receive it until the next day.
Response from Willow Lake LendingJun 4, 2025
Thank you for the review. We are pleased to gain this feedback as we do strive to make the loan process as quick and easy as possible. For most customers, your funds will be deposited in your bank account as soon as the next business day after your application has been processed and approved. You can request same-day funding if your application is reviewed and approved by 2:00 p.m. CST*. For loans that are processed on weekends or bank holidays, your funds will be available as soon as the next business day (weekends and bank holidays are not considered a business day). To help the funding process go as quickly as possible, keep an eye out for your confirmation emails as they may contain important information about the status of your loan. Check your spam folder if you don’t see these emails in your inbox. We appreciate your business.
