ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! First of all, they approved me for a loan on their website which told me to call in to finalize. I call in, I'm asked questions I've already provided answers to (ok... security, sure), but I was placed on hold 3 times. Then they sneakily come back to me with a lower amount. It was a complete waste of time. I've been given a loan from them before which was ridiculous and only $900. I paid it off quickly too. I don't know why they would want to turn away a customer who was never late on payments and paid more than required just to establish good credit. But they turned me away with a terrible experience. Good luck if you decide to go with them. Their system needs work.

Please do not use this place to get a loan I’m literally struggling to pay back a 2500 dollar loan I’ve already paid 5,810 and still owe thousands on it! It is a rip off please ask a relative or a close friend before taking a loan from this lender save yourself the hassle and expenses.. i would have NEVER got myself in to this situation had someone had informed me.

Hi Zhaunae, thank you for reaching out, We are always here to help. We are firmly committed to ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of the fact that this is an expensive form of borrowing. As such, we make it a top priority to provide them with a comprehensive breakdown of our rates and terms, while also providing full disclosure on all fees associated with the loan well before originating the loan. Our goal is to ensure that our customers are fully informed and equipped to make informed decisions regarding their borrowing needs, while also fostering a culture of transparency and trust in all our dealings. We strongly encourage our customers to take advantage of our no pre-payment penalty policy by paying off their loan early. Doing so will result in substantial savings on interest charges. Additionally, customers have the option to make additional payments towards the principal balance of the loan, which can help reduce the overall cost of borrowing. We believe that these options provide our customers with greater flexibility and control over their finances. Reviewing your account, we see that we attempted to reach you to resolve this matter but were unsuccessful. Please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] or (855) 857-5253 at your earliest convenience so we may resolve this issue. Thank you.
