I have to be completely honest! At first, I was fine until I looked at the the numbers. Then, I was mortified! I was right on the brink of backing out, until I spoke with Crystal. She was very patient with me, explaining the process from beginning to end. She was very professional and well-versed in her approach and position. So so, this has been a very pleasant experience. Thank-you, Crystal and Willow Lake Lending!!

The application process was easy and fast I did receive the money the next business day. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the website there isn’t much options available you cant pay through the website or atleast what I’ve seen you can only call to pay, you cant check the interest rate or anything like that and the website also keeps having issues to where it kicks me out of i zoom in to see anything or scroll down to see my payment or my due date.
