Refund process takes excessive amount of time. First it takes days to obtain a return authorization number, then once the item is returned they state refunds will take up to 4 weeks. So make sure you order correctly to avoid returns The good part is that Wildwest has the best prices and items are in stock.

I recently purchased a HydroQuip Arctic Spas Remote Curved Heater 5.5 KW 240V | A2550-5251ET to replace the unit with the same part number in Artic Spa Kodiak. Unfortunately, the heater I received has 3 wires instead of 5 and does not have the five wire Artic Spa plug as pictured. I’ve reached out to Customer Support for a return and refund.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a part that said it was in stock. I also paid expedited shipping 2-3 days on December 24th. I have received no information since the initial order, I have since tried to contact, chat, email and phone a number that rings constant busy over and over with no response. For and expedited shipping I expected better service and better communication. I asked for a refund if it wasn't shipped by the 29th. Still nothing, no response, no refund...... horrible.... I can get it locally on the 4th. Ridiculous!!!

I purchased a second set of pipes for my pool heater to replace a set that leaked when I first hooked them up and the second replacement set has holes also. I watched as more than one stream of water popped through new holes when I hooked it up and turned it on. These are cheap pipes and I need a refund for both sets please.
