Shipped the wrong item. They shipped out a replacement item quickly.

Everything was perfect even arrived earlier than date of delivery

The pool filter part that I ordered was shipped from Wild West and I subscribed to USPS tracking. The part went to locations in the U.S. and then off to Jamaica for a day then back to the U.S., within a few days it left the U.S. and it was tracked to Juarez, Mexico, which was the last known location about 8 days ago. As of 5/25/21 no information. I have had numerous items shipped from the U.S. to Mexico, but have used FedEx, UPS and DHL. Their packages are tracked through customs, departure from customs and to the next city or two before delivery. It will also indicate when it is out for delivery and arrives to our front door in less than 36 hours. I am disappointed with the USPS tracking procedure. One last thing, I believe the shipping from any of the above 3 carriers would be less expensive as well. As far as Wild West Pool Supplies, they have been easy to work with and the staff has been very responsive and helpful.

Update: there customer service team has reached out and is working with me. They are very nice and I will give them a chance to make this right. Great Prices mean nothing if they don't deliver. I have attempted to order from Wild West twice now in the past 90 days. Both times the items I ordered said "in stock", "ready to ship". Both times I got an email apologizing but the "in stock" item would actually be out of stock for the next few months. They were kind enough to send me a 5% off coupon code to use on my next out of stock item. In all fairness I understand demand, I understand running out of something. But 2 times when an item very specifically is advertised as in stock is just bad business.

I had to find a difficult to locate part and Wild West Pools had it in stock. They shipped it quickly ad the price was great. I have not determined yet how well the part will perform, as I just installed it. But overall the experience was good. Shipping cost was a little high for basic ground USPS but otherwise I am happy.

Arrived sooner than expected.
