Wild West Pool SuppliesReviews of wildwestpoolsupplies.com

Thanks for the great customer service and finding us a substitute when one part was not available.

First time ordering from Wild West but won’t be the last. Great communication from company as one item had been discontinued. They did suggest an alternative but I declined and was refunded that portion of my payment immediately! Other product delivered promptly. Thank you!

The email response was quick and informative. Although Angie didn’t have the answer at first she was quick to check with support to get the info. Did have an issue with a incorrect part that got shipped, I emailed and Angie was quick with a response (within a day) was able to resolve the issue and get the correct part shipped out very quickly. Customer service (Angie) is 10 stars, quick and responsive and followed up if they had more questions to get me the correct parts. No stars to deduct for a missed shipped part cause the quick response and results to get it straightened out, just goes to show how well they take care of there customers.
