Located exactly what I wanted at the best price I could find! OEM part too

I got what I ordered. It works eell

Ordered a part but was later told that the part advertised had been discontinued. I was offered an alternative replacement that appears similar to what I needed. It was suggested that I consult a local professional tech before deciding to make sure that the part would work for me. Thankfully the part worked.

Customer service was great 👍 Was unable to order a second, smaller part due to shipping ($10 for a $5 item). Perhaps small items could be sent through the UPS(?).

Decent price. USPS tracking was useless. Had NO idea where the package was at til it was left in my mailbox.

Good communication but had to pay extra shipping above what was posted.not happy about that.

I was working on an old Spa they helped me get the proper updated parts which worked perfectly

Great customer service. Couldn't find the product s anywhere in the US except for at Wild West Pool Supplies. They rushed the delivery per my request and followed up all along.
