on the page they said they had what I needed but they didn't have it. now i am waiting if they ship it in 3 or 4 weeks

Tried everything to make this air switch work. Switch is not sensitive enough to operate spa light. We have brand new bellows buttons and tubing. Run of 55' of tubing. The heater & pump buttons do work w/new palm buttons & 30 yr old factory non latching air switches.Please call me at my work M-F 9-6:00 PST 714 972-8006 I can explain the problem better. This is the second time I've ordered from Wild West. The parts that arrived were exactly as they should have been. The prices were excellent. The first item arrived on time via UPS. The second item arrived a week later due to the USPS. Not really Wild West's fault, but I would encourage them to not use USPS in the future.

Submitted to return the part, however have received no response except for this survey. Quick shipping, just lack of communication

Shipping took forever and I paid $10 for something that weighed 6 ounces and didn't get here for almost 2 weeks. The product is what I wanted and needed but the delay and cost were disappointing.

Though they said it was in stock and available for same day shipping it turned out it wasn’t in stock and took 6 days to ship. However I received it 10 days after the original order and it worked as expected.

I ordered 2 parts and both said "in stock". I was promptly contacted via email (phone would have been faster) that one part had been replaced with another and did I want to change my order to the new part number? I appreciated the prompt question, but wasn't the part I ordered supposed to be in stock? Hmmm. I paid for upgraded shipping as I needed the parts quickly and there was not any indication of processing or shipping time on the website. Both parts did arrive on time, but the other part has a crack in it and it will need to be replaced. It is usable, but it won't last long as the crack grows. I am planning to contact them today regarding a replacement, so I don't know the complete resolution yet for my order.

Was able to get the right part that I needed. Few concerns tracking wasn’t updated for 6 days had to email to figure out when it was arriving. Parts were pretty poor quality luckily they worked but pump housing covers had cracks knife marks on it poor molding not. I used them anyway cause I want my Hottub working but if not I would have requested new ones.
