This order took entirely too long to complete. Some of the items ordered turned out to not be in stock and 5 days went by before any contact to say there was a problem with the order. This added a long delay between the original order date and the time i finally received the order. Also I did not get the pillow washers I needed. I now have to find an alternate site to finish what should have been a very simple process. I still have no idea what I was suppose to get vs what I received.

Some details about the parts purchased were unclear. Paying extra for faster delivery was ineffective.

I received my pump. The box was partially opened and the pump was damaged. I reached out regarding this issue but got no response besides this automatic solicitation for my feedback.

Ordered a heating element. They didn't tell me they would be shipping USPS at checkout. It has been over a week and half and still now sign of the part and no idea when it will arrive. I've tried to contact anybody from the company to no avail. There is no phone number, their "chat" is just a bot, and they don't reply to email. I'm very unable with their service, communication and with my experience overall.

Part was right. Shipping didn't come on time. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. Came in the mail a week later.

My entire order was shown as "in stock". I paid extra for fast shipping. Only one item arrived out of three in the expedited shipping time. Still waiting for one more item. I realize covid is impacting things but the issue was with "stock" vs. "out of stock" and falsely shown.

Tried to place an order online but got this ominous result when trying to place an order: “Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found.“ Even tried to call them at their listed yellow page number (855) 977-1559 but call wouldn’t go through. Is this company out of business? Reply to Wild West below: You might want to fix your ssl as I’m sure I’m not the first person you lost business to as a result of your incompatibility. If you do a search you will find you do indeed have a listing on yellow pages.
