Wild West Pool SuppliesReviews of wildwestpoolsupplies.com

I received the order. It is exactly like another one I have with the knob on the bottom. Your picture doesn’t show it. So I can’t figure out how the knob works. I pump the water down but then can’t get it to flow out

A part I needed was not in stock, even though it said "in stock" on the product page. I added some other things to my order and now have received all of them, except for the out of stock item, which still showed in stock after I was told it was not. Also, there was no padding or packing material to protect a strainer basket I ordered, but it doesn't seem to be damaged???

Great price on our spa pack and excellent customer service.

Good process and timely service. Unfortunately, it’s the wrong size, but not your fault. You’ve been working with me to get it right and I appreciate it. Thanks

Competitive pricing. Good selection of products.

I got exactly what I needed, but it took a long time to finally ship and the packaging was really not as secure and protected as I would have preferred. The box was really beat up and looked resealed and the parts were just loose inside.

very good service

Item ordered was no longer available. But other suggested item was bought. Handled well but smaller upcharge.
