The part isn’t a direct replacement. The sensor reads incorrect temperatures. Because it reads lower temperatures than actual, at least I can use the heater. But it’s an on or off situation since the thermostat doesn’t work due to the sensor giving incorrect readings. But the part came on time and the communication was excellent. Brian

Part I received isn’t working, waiting for customer support to get back to me

Very slow shipment (10 days after order it shipped) and poor communication until I reached out. Product was fine once received.

The part came in finally but it took forever. Now this might be due to the manufacturer but the fact of the matter is that when I bought it the part was listed as in stock. If a part shows to be in stock it shouldn't take as long as it did to get delivered. That is the only reason for this review.

Had to order twice as the chlorinator was not in stock despite the web site saying it was. My cancellation was handled promptly. When I checked back 2 months later, I found the chlorinator in stock and ordered it again. This time it arrived in a timely fashion, in a taped up box from a previous shipment with some scuffs but with all the pieces so I guess OK.

Package was shipped USPS & for some reason was not traceable using USPS app...package was received and was just stuffed in an unprotected shipping bag with no packaging cushioning; as parts were very delicate and prone to breakage. Should have been packaged in box with bubble wrap!

I ordered a base that says it is in stock and then get a email saying they are out. But yet your website still says it is in stock and ready to ship.
