Your description stated the cover was 5" when it was 4 7/8". Didn't fit with no return instructions.

I received the 1.5 h.p. motor and was very dissapointed. The old 1 h.p. put out more pressure than the new one. I have the pump packed in the original box and would appreciate return instructions.

I logged in to my account once again to attempt to place a new order. The web site still does not have the ability to apply differing shipping and billing addresses, which caused me to order elsewhere.
Response from Wild West Pool SuppliesAug 9, 2022
Hi Randy! I apologize for the confusion — you can ship anywhere you'd like, irrespective of the billing address. The first step in checkout asks for *shipping* address, we will ask at the payment step of checkout if this address differs from the billing, and collect that if needed. I hope this helps! Please shoot us an email to [email protected] if we can provide further assistance.

Did not fit my heat pump

The part that was advertised as a replacement part for the PB 4-60 booster pump did not work on the PB 4-60 booster pump. The part I was sent is for the newer model pump.

Very overpriced part. A simple piece of plastic and 4 screws. Unfortunately, I had to order 2 ea. Charged double the shipping charge even though this very small item was sent via USPS. Otherwise, I did receiver what I ordered.
