Is there a -100 to rate with?? DO NOT ever use Wildrock 4x4. My wife ordered some grab handles for me for my wrangler. She ordered them on the 20th of May, the box showed up on the 3rd of June…….. Empty. She had me look not realizing that the empty box was what she had ordered (the company name was not the wildrock 4x4 name) on our ring camera to validate that the package was indeed delivered. It was delivered empty as I stated. After doing more research the information on their page is not complete. Neither of us knew this before. After reading reviews today on them we are horrified. DONT order from them. We are disputing the charge. I will also be posting this on every site I can. There is no way to actually contact customer service. They don’t respond. The name on the building in the picture that matches the address for the location listed on the shipping address doesn’t even match the name listed on the shipping label nor is it wildrock 4x4. The “positive” reviews of this company are obviously not from real interaction with this “company”. So pissed and anymore in this day in age who only uses email as a way to communicate. And 1-2 business days???? Unacceptable. That’s not how you do business.

Wish I had seen this prior to ordering from them! Ordered a bumper received it, but the lights that were suppose to come with it did not! I tried 3 different numbers and finally received an answer from an Asian woman who told me my order # was wrong and then proceeded to hang up on me! I am disputing my Cc With this company. Scam!!!

scam!!, phone numbers to reach don't work and address in china. make believe site. Dont buy! Offroadrock is also another one of their sites.

I have not received such horrible customer service in many years. I bought the RGB halo lights and they do not work well. The connections are terrible - the lights flicker on every bumpy road. The app is terrible. The first app worked and then disappeared from my iPhone. Customer Service told me to look for the new app which asks me for a password. I have never set a password. They cannot be reached via phone call, customer service is via email - takes days to get a response. Multiple excuses are given for the long response times. They never offer to replace the product or refund the purchase. Only “try this” or “try that”. I wasted my money with this crappy company. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!

If there were 0 stars that would be my rating. I ordered a tail light for above my back tire that I didn't need as my jeep i purchased already had one so returned it by Fed ex got the confirmation email that Wildrock received the return & signed for it but they are saying they never got it & their reply was...so sorry & kept my money & the returned item. Total crooks! Don't buy from them there are tons of reputable Jeep places to buy from.

Placed order for new bumper for my jeep, in stock when ordered on 8-24. Now, almost a month later. It is out of stock. Can I wait?? No! Why was I not notified immediately about the issue?? Like previous reviews I wish I would have looked here first. Now have to try and get my refund!

Horrible company!!! Wished I would have looked here before I made a purchase with them. Their phone number doesn't work. They won't respond to emails. I finally got a response only after I made numerous posts on their Facebook page. And then they acted like they did nothing wrong. Scammers!!!!!!!
