I love salmon so I ordered 2 boxes of 6oz pieces. All of it is ruined. It arrived frozen and I properly thawed 4 pieces and it taste of frozen water and the texture is wrong. I buy frozen salmon from the local store and have never had fish this terrible. Since they are not answering their phone I tried emailing the company but got no response but I was able to cancel membership. Realizing I'm stuck with it I've tried marinating in lemon, then I tried high grade olive oil but even when I can improve the flavor it still has this awful aftertaste of old frozen water. I tried making pate and salmon cakes and it's still inedible. I would not even feel right about donating it to the food bank. The fact that I got absolutely no response from the company is equally disappointing.

First pack was awesome, so we decided to add few additional items in our second pack. Few days after 2nd order was placed we received a note from Carlos, Customer Experience Mgr (not sure if he is real) stating order has been delayed in transit and not to worry - (essentially the perishable was sitting at a FedEx facility 20 miles from my home for 6-8 days) Box arrives and we open to see the biggest disappointment..forget FedEx delay ..the entire seafood was packed with no dry ice...just random salmon thrown into a cardboard box ..essentially we receive raw/rotten fish ..terrible experience. With back and forth with so called 'Carlos' on delays we we ensured capturing the entire video opening the card box thru' what was in ..thru' going into the trash bag. I still don't get why the co. cuts corners on dry ice. This was a decent $ order (bad employee?) ..the customer service team wouldn't admit (they want to blame it on FedEx) nor willing to review the footage of their packaging facility on why dry ice was skipped in packing. ..if they packed dry ice ..does the packaging evaporate as well with the delay? ..new scientific study may be required. Stay away from these people and keep your life at peace is all I can suggest. Things are getting better post-Covid and you can still get good seafood at local grocery stores now.

The first order I got was delayed in shipping and got to me 3-4 days later than expected. While the fish was still frozen the refrigerant had totally melted and it was dropped on my 75 degree sunny porch. The company said that they would give a 3 day heads up before the next shipment. Even though they knew they had a problem with my server , and I never got the notice, a second order was shipped that I did not want. They do not have a phone and it took them 5 days to respond to multiple emails. I had to throw the fish out as I was not ready for it and had NO place to store it. Be careful of a company that cannot be more responsive or stand up for their customers.

I worked on boats based in Kodiak in the 1970's. I made one order for $126 and won't make another. Too bad they don't fish/respond as well as they put on the show, the internet show.

Received my first box today and I’m very disappointed!!!!!! I received less than half of my order. Tried to call but no number available at this time so I sent an email and the response I received was “give us 72 hrs to respond back to you.” I pay I expect to get what I pay for and this is why I avoid making orders when I can’t see and physically touch my purchase. Made my first experience a bad one!!!!

I am SO SICK of these jerks and their spamming tactics. EVERY SINGLE ONE of my email addresses that I have ever used in public gets their UNSOLICITED SPAM EMAILS. Yes, I have about 15 email addresses that I regularly use for things, and these butt surfers SPAM every single one of them nonstop, DAILY! I wish someone would put them out of business.

No one spams me more than these guys.

They are middle man , they sell garbage NOT from Alaska or PNW as advertised! avoid under any circumstance since you have no clue where fish comes from.
