Deceptive Practices and Lack of KYC Verification
I had a deeply troubling experience with Wild.io. Despite being a minor, I was able to create an account, deposit funds, and gamble without any form of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This shows a blatant disregard for responsible gambling practices. Additionally, their bonus system is extremely misleading. My deposited funds were used before any bonus funds, and when I canceled the bonus, my entire balance—deposit included—was forfeited. This was not made clear during signup or gameplay. When I reached out to their support team, they simply referred me to their terms and conditions, refusing to acknowledge the lack of transparency and the KYC violation. Despite raising these issues, they have not provided any resolution or assistance. I would strongly caution others from using this platform. It lacks transparency, proper safeguards, and accountability. I hope regulators step in to address these serious violations.
