Extremely frustrated with wild.io and their customer service cannot believe the way I have been treated and the lack of response. It has been nearly 10 days for a simple resolution, and no one will help me. I get pushed and pushed and brushed off and brushed off, and it's completely ridiculous. I have screenshots. I have a full Transcript if anyone with any interest in seeing, if maybe I can actually get helped that'd be awesome, but 11 days and you're still holding my $300.

Dear Wild.io Support Team,
I understand that you have decided to permanently close my account under Section 12.1 of your Terms and Conditions. However, I respectfully disagree with the decision to confiscate my entire account balance, especially my own deposited funds.
I would like to refer to Section 14.2 of your Terms and Conditions, which states:
"Wild.io reserves the right to close your account and refund the 'account balance', subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges."
Based on this provision, I kindly request that you reconsider your decision and allow me to withdraw my remaining account balance.
If a full balance refund is not possible, I ask that you at least return my original deposited funds. These funds came from my own money, and I believe that permanently withholding them without providing a specific explanation or evidence of wrongdoing is unfair.
I am not requesting that my account be reopened. I am simply asking for a fair resolution regarding the funds held in my account.
I would also appreciate clarification regarding the specific violation that allegedly occurred, as the previous response only referred to the general anti-fraud policy without identifying the exact reason for the decision.
I sincerely hope we can resolve this matter amicably, without the need to escalate the complaint to the relevant licensing authority.

We would like to clarify that the decision to permanently close your account was made following an investigation that identified multiple accounts associated with you, as well as sportsbook activity that breached the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Clauses 8.2 and 8.3 prohibit the creation and use of multiple accounts. Additionally, Clause 20.3 prohibits multiple players from placing sportsbook bets using the same IP address, device, or local network to prevent collusion.
Clause 12.1 further outlines the consequences of fraudulent activity, including permanent account closure and confiscation of the remaining balance.
Regarding your reference to Clause 14.2, this provision allows the casino to close an account and refund its balance at its discretion. It does not guarantee a refund in circumstances where violations of the Terms and Conditions have been established.
We understand your disappointment regarding the decision. However, following the investigation, the account closure and confiscation of the remaining balance remain final. No further refunds or withdrawals will be authorized.
