They scammed me with KYC at the end
I took bonus and they said to wager it for 40x and I did it and now I'm going through KYC. They accept my deposit without KYC and now they are forcing me to go through KYC it doesn't make sense. And unlike other KYC that ask only your passport or if or driver licence, they ask a bunch of another things like bank notes or utilities bills to show the address and proof of resources. I could show my bank transfer but I don't have utilities bill with my name on it or whatever the hell they ask for so I give my bank screenshot and they still haven't say anything. It happened few hours ago and I feel like I got scammed. My KYC haven't passed and I asked how long will it take to pass and they said they can't tell the timeframe. Compared to stake and another platform this platform experience really bad about KYC. Really a lot of documents that a person might not even have. Now my money is stuck there and they aren't gonna do anything about it. If it's not scam I don't know what it is

Money is not withdrawn, support does not respond
When withdrawing my winnings, I was forced to go through kyc. After a week of waiting, nothing has changed.
Support communicates with scripts like bots, for any question they send you to write to support mail, but there is no answer from there. I have not been able to withdraw money

Wild.io has been one of the most disappointing experiences in my 10 years of gaming. After climbing up their VIP ranks to Level 13 - I still find myself wondering where the rewards are? Their perks are menial compared to other casinos. A daily rakeback which equates to a few cents, sometimes not even enough to have gameplay. This place is as crooked as they come, if you have weekly cash back...cash out as soon as you meet your wagering amount, if not you will lose it all--this is a proven fact. Suddenly the once hot machine will turn extremely cold, as will every other game you play...I've tested it time and time again, never fails. I have visited many establishments and this possibly the only one I completely regret investing anything into. Wild.io's a rip off, they do not reward their players, look at the live feed of winners...nothing over 15.00 in a given game..put some WD40 on your machines WILD.IO....they are tight and squeaky...And don't give me the line about, you don't determine the outcome of a game...but you certainly do control the random number generator which determines how often the game wins. If you're looking for a casino to play at...don't waste your time or money here! There are plenty of other establishments which will at least treat you better while ripping you off.

Talked to VIP support and they stand by up to 60 days for a refund and even though they know it's their mess up, they think apologizing makes it available? Most useless support I've encountered, at least AI doesn't like and doesn't take 3 days to respond.
Holding someone's money for 2 MONTH is NOT ACCEPTABLE and unitil/if I receive it back as far as I'm concerned they are THEIVES. Trustpilot should flag this casino as predatory. 100%
