Confiscated winnings
Be careful especially if you’re from Australia, USA or any of the long listed countries that are restricted. They will confiscate your winnings even though they email you first telling you to sign up and that everything is fine. Support are also very rude, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I was asked to do kyc, it took me sending in documents 3 seperate times over a course of a week to get told “ we do not allow players from your country “ Incase they reply to this saying I used a vpn, I have screenshots of there staff, and website telling me to use one. I also have marketing material. That was sent to me for 2 years prior to signing up
Response from Wild.io | Best Crypto CasinoJun 24, 2025
Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and would like to clarify the following: • Country Restrictions: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, players from restricted countries are not permitted to play for real money. These restrictions are clearly listed on our website and must be acknowledged during registration. • KYC Requirement: We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. If a user is found to be in a restricted region, even after completing KYC, we are required to enforce our Terms, which may include account closure and confiscation of winnings. • VPN Usage: We do not endorse or advise players to use VPNs to bypass regional restrictions. If any confusion was caused by third-party affiliates or miscommunication, we apologise. However, responsibility for adhering to our Terms ultimately lies with the user. • Marketing Material: While promotional content may be distributed broadly, access to our services is ultimately subject to eligibility requirements outlined in our Terms and Conditions. These include regional restrictions, which are based on legal and regulatory obligations. Players are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable criteria before registering or depositing. We’ve also requested your email via Trustpilot so we can review your specific case in detail. Please reply there if you’d like us to investigate further. Best regards, The Wild.io Team
