A few days ago
A few days ago, I posted a review on Trustpilot about Wild.io Casino. At that time, I mentioned that they were unable to verify my account and had requested a video verification call through Microsoft Teams. Two days ago, I attended the video verification call and provided every document they asked for. It has now been two days, and I still haven't received any update. My account has been suspended for almost 20 days, and I haven't been able to play any games. I've also been emailing them, but they don't reply to any of my emails or restore access to my account. This has been a very disappointing experience with this casino. My entire deposit is stuck, and I haven't been able to use my account. Now they permanently ban my account and they call i create duplicate account or money laundering or scamer, i never break any law, every documents i am provide successfully, but still they call iam scammer, so my suggest please Avoid this crypto casino, iam not scammer but 100% they Are, my All balance are gone

Hello there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that this outcome is disappointing. However, following the completion of the verification process and a thorough review of your account, it was determined that there had been a breach of the Terms and Conditions relating to the creation and use of multiple accounts. The verification process, including the video verification call, formed part of our standard review procedure. After considering all of the information gathered during the review, the decision was made in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. We would also like to clarify that the decision was not based solely on the submission of your documents. Identity verification is only one part of a broader compliance and security review. As account-specific details cannot be discussed publicly, we are unable to disclose the evidence supporting our findings. However, the decision was made following a comprehensive investigation and remains final. Kind regards, Wild.io Team

I was playing Aztec Coins today and…
I was playing Aztec Coins today and suddenly a message comes across my screen and says that my session has timed out?!?! Like WTF? I was spinning consistently. There is no reason as to why my game timed out. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AT THIS CASINO. A month ago, the same thing happened on King of Dragon, except it happened multiple times over and over. Jumped onto live chat and explained the situation. Was told at first (as usual) that there was some kind of connectivity issue and to try to use an incognito window, restart, sign back in, etc. All of the usual bullshit that the reps will tell you. Told the rep that I had done all of the above, because I had. Asked them again as to why this is happening after stating I had done all of the restarts, signing in, etc, Now their saying it's not in the casino's control and that it is the gaming providers who have control over timed out sessions. Again, WTF?!?!? So CLEARLY at this point, the gaming providers cannot be trusted, apparently. Which leaves not many options for any online gambling because these casinos use many of the same providers. PLATIPUS, BET SOFT, BGAMING, BOOMING GAMES ETC. Never have problems with BGAMING OR BOOMING GAMES so I guess that's something, but still!!! I am using my fair, legit, and hard earned money to play and they will never have your back EVEN WHEN YOU SEND THEM SCREENSHOTS WITH PROOF OF THINGS NOT LOOKING RIGHT. Always an excuse for this or that. The only good thing that is coming out of these continuous issues when playing online is that I will be saving a shit ton of money not playing at these places any more. Because they won't fix shit, they will never admit to shit, and they certainly won't be on a customer's side regardless. Pretty pathetic and a bad look for this casino. NO ONE HAS YET TO ANSWER THE QUESTION AS TO WHY THESE TIMEOUTS, WHILE IN AN ACTIVE GAME, ARE HAPPENING. Would love to hear what some of these gaming providers have to say for themselves regarding this issue.

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we are unable to identify your account or review the specific game sessions. We have requested your registered email address through the Trustpilot platform and kindly ask you to provide it so we can investigate the matter in detail. Regarding the session timeout, online casino games are hosted and operated on the game provider’s servers, while Wild.io provides the platform through which the games are accessed. A session may time out for various reasons, including temporary communication interruptions between your device and the game provider’s servers, session expiration, or other technical events. A timeout does not necessarily indicate an issue with the game itself or with your gameplay. If a game round is interrupted, the outcome of any unfinished spin is managed by the game provider’s servers. Once communication is restored, the round is reconciled automatically, ensuring that the result is applied correctly to the player’s balance. This process is handled by the game provider to maintain the integrity of the game. We would be happy to review your specific sessions, including the games you mentioned, once we receive your registered email address. If any irregularities are identified, we will investigate them with the relevant game provider. Kind regards, Wild.io Team

Not really a good place to play
- very heavy KYC (the most complicated I have seen) - very low winning chances. Repeating algorithms of slots, it is like you would be stuck in a loop of loosing with same patterns over and over again (frustrating) - really bad RTP (after more weeks of playing - 44 %) - the bonuses are weak + quick withdrawals + quick support + a lot of games to play

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate both your positive and constructive comments. Regarding the verification process, KYC may vary from case to case depending on the verification requirements applicable to an account. These checks are in place to verify account ownership, protect users, and ensure compliance with our security procedures. With respect to your comments about the games and RTP, we have reviewed your gameplay and did not identify any irregularities. Your overall gameplay was within the expected RTP range for the games you played. RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term mathematical value determined by the game provider over millions of game rounds and does not represent the expected return of an individual session or a short period of play. Because of this, players may experience sessions that perform above or below the theoretical RTP without indicating any issue with the games. Likewise, game outcomes are generated independently, so similar sequences or patterns can naturally occur during random gameplay. Regarding our promotions, we are sorry to hear that you found them underwhelming. We regularly review and update our promotional offerings, and we appreciate your feedback on this point. We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the withdrawal process and the assistance provided by our support team. Thank you for recognising those aspects of your experience. Kind regards, Wild.io Team

Actual scam of a company
Actual scam of a company. 1. I wanted an alternative to other gambling sites I've used so I did a little research on good promos to join one. Found wild.io and saw a really generous welcome package albeit it did have a 40x rollover. The package was for 200+ free spins +150% match for just a $20 deposit. 2. I do my first deposit, and I'm sent 20 and 30 spins. I ask what the deal is with that and the help desk informs me that they send the remaining spins after 24 hours. I decide that's fine and play a little then decide to do my second deposit of $20 to get a new bonus for 150 spins and 125% match. Then I do a third deposit of $100 for a bonus of 100 spins and 100% match. 3. The same spin rules apply, I get 15 spins and don't think much of it. I'll wait out the 24 hours no big deal. I proceed to lose all my money and decide to make a fourth deposit before I log off for the day so I have some cash to hold me over while I wait for the spins. I proceed to toggle the bonus button so I don't have to deal with the 40x wager on any new deposits. I don't end up depositing and x out of the deposit screen to go to sleep. This is where things go wrong. 4. After 24 hours I receive no spins and I message help once again. They inform me that due to me toggling off the bonus button for a NEW DEPOSIT that I didn't even make that the system removed all bonuses from my account and therefore the 24 hour spins from my previous 3 deposits can't be added. After going back with their help people they said that this is permanent and there is no way to add the spins manually to my account. 5. Bear in mind the only reason I signed up to this site was to get a captivating bonus offer and 300+ spins seemed fair enough. There is no where in that toggling button when making a NEW deposit that indicates that past owed spins will be removed from your account. After talking to the help message desk 10+ times they said they'll get a team to reach out to me via email as they've raised a ticket. It has been 30+ hours and nobody has reached out to me. 6. That is all to say that this is terrible customer service, terrible business practice, terrible shady tips and tricks to avoid paying out what is owed to a user for an innocuous thing they clicked with no indication that it would have an effect like that. I'm owed 300+ free spins and I feel scammed, duped, and annoyed. Why would I ever spend money here again?

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your experience. After reviewing your gameplay, we can confirm that your results were within the normal RTP expected for the games played. Casino games operate based on RTP (Return to Player), which is a long-term mathematical average determined by the game provider over millions of game rounds. It does not guarantee the outcome of an individual gaming session. Regarding the promotion, our records show that automatic bonuses were disabled on your account. Before this setting is applied, the platform displays a confirmation message explaining that disabling automatic bonuses means you will no longer receive bonus funds or participate in promotions, including free spins, loyalty rewards, tournaments, and bonus offers. This confirmation must be accepted before the setting is changed. Additionally, our team has already contacted you via email with further information regarding the promotion and the reason why the remaining free spins could not be credited. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. If you have any further questions regarding the explanation provided by our team, we will be happy to assist you. Kind regards, Wild.io Team

Withdrawal triggered full KYC including a video call, but paid in full
I deposited approximately $600 and my balance increased to approximately $700 through gameplay. No bonus or promotional offers were used. When I requested a withdrawal, it was initially canceled pending verification, and Wild.io required KYC, including government-issued ID, proof of address, a signed selfie photograph, and a video verification call. The account remained restricted while the review was ongoing. I completed all requested KYC requirements and answered the questions presented during the video call. After completing the KYC process, Wild.io approved withdrawal of my full account balance. The funds were successfully received and the account was subsequently closed. Players should understand that withdrawals may trigger a comprehensive KYC review, including document verification and, in some cases, a live video verification call. Final outcome: approximately $700 paid in full. Account closed.

Hello, We would like to clarify that the verification request was made in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted upon registration. While creating an account does not require identity verification at the registration stage, identity verification may be requested at a later point, including before a withdrawal is processed, where required under the terms and conditions. At this stage, the verification process must be completed before the account review can continue and before any further decision regarding the account balance can be made. Please note that offering to forfeit winnings does not remove the requirement to complete verification. The submitted documents are required so the relevant team can complete the necessary checks in line with the applicable procedures. Once the verification process has been completed, the case will be reviewed accordingly. Regards, Wild.io Team

I would give zero stars if possible. THIEVES, stay away!
I would give zero stars if possible. Last Friday, I deposited $20. I received the welcome bonus and played until I fulfilled the wagering requirements. My ending balance was $200, and I requested a withdrawal for the full amount on Friday. Since it was via Solana, I expected the payment to be processed quickly. On Saturday, their security team contacted me and asked me to complete KYC. I had no issue with this. They asked me to take a selfie with my ID and a handwritten note. After receiving no update, I contacted the security team again. On Monday, they replied and said I also needed to complete a video call. During the call, I had to state certain things and hold my ID next to my face on camera. This took place on Tuesday. After that, I still received no update regarding the KYC process. When I tried to log into my account, I received a message saying that my account had been disabled. So after complying with every request, my account was disabled and my withdrawal was never paid. Given the amount of personal information I provided, I am seriously concerned about potential misuse of my identity and have taken appropriate legal steps to have this matter investigated. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a crypto casino. In my view, this platform is a complete scam.

Hello, We would like to clarify several inaccuracies in your review. Identity verification was requested on May 30. The required documents were fully provided on June 2, at which point a video verification call was requested. The video verification call was then scheduled for June 4 and was completed on that date. Following the completion of the call, the outcome of the verification review was communicated to you. Please note that identity verification may be requested in accordance with the terms and conditions, including before a withdrawal is processed. The review of your account was handled through the applicable verification process, and the account decision was communicated after the required checks were completed. We also strongly reject the allegation that personal information has been or would be misused. Documents provided during verification are handled only for the purpose of completing the required account checks and in line with the applicable data handling procedures. Regards, Wild.io Team

Waste of loyalty
I have been using them for a few years and have deposited more than they deserved. Wins are extremely and suspiciously low compared to all other ones I frequent. They attempt to appear “for the gamer” with their ridiculously high wagering bonuses and free spins, but in reality they are shady AF. I accidentally deposited $5 SOL to them instead of one of the better ones I use and they refused to give it to me as it fell below their minimum…this after giving them an embarrassing amount of money, they strong arm me over my little $5? They say it is “lost” but crypto is not hard to track, they are simply just greedy and don’t care what customers they lost as they are more interested in the shiny new potentials. There are way better casinos out there who actually PAY and no wagering scams. Reply: ok so where does the crypto go? I have sent myself less than a dollar of SOL…so if not to you, where. Did. It. Go?

Hello there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your gameplay history, we have not identified any errors, irregularities, or issues affecting your bets or payouts. Regarding your comments about wins, it is important to note that casino games operate based on RTP (Return to Player). RTP is a long-term mathematical calculation set by the game provider that reflects the expected return over millions of game rounds. It does not guarantee results over individual sessions, and therefore players may experience periods that perform above or below the theoretical RTP. You also mentioned that the platform appears “shady”. We take such concerns seriously and would appreciate it if you could provide more specific details about what led you to this conclusion, as this would allow us to investigate any concerns properly. With regard to the SOL deposit, our system clearly displays the minimum deposit amount for each supported currency. As stated in clause 4.9 of our Terms and Conditions, deposits below the specified minimum amount cannot be credited and are permanently lost. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover or manually credit such transactions. The minimum deposit requirements are in place for technical and operational reasons, and deposits made below the stated minimum amount cannot be received by us or processed to a player account. While we are unable to assist with the below-minimum deposit, we would be more than happy to review any specific game rounds, bets, or transactions that you believe were not handled correctly. Kind regards, Wild.io Team

Hello there, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the delay in the verification process was not caused by a lack of response from our team. The verification could not be completed because the required documents were not provided within the first five days following our request. KYC verification is a standard security procedure designed to verify account ownership and protect both players and the platform. Once all requested documents are received and meet the requirements, the review can proceed accordingly. We would also like to clarify that no member of our team informed you that the security department operates only between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We have reviewed the communications and could not find any such statement made by our agents. We understand that verification can be frustrating, especially when a withdrawal is pending. However, the process cannot be completed until all required documentation has been submitted. Verification process has since been concluded. Kind regards, Wild.io Team
