This is a scam. Ordered a wig on March 25th and never received. No way to contact or track. Phone number and email are not legit. Trying to get a refund.

If I could give a 0, I would. They are a ripoff company. Sent whatever junk they found in their warehouse. Nothing like what I ordered. Had to pay shipping costs to get a refund. Stay clear of this scam company.

ZERO RATING! I can't tell you enough to STAY AWAY FROM WIGSIS. They are the worst ever. The wig I ordered was brunette with highlights and received a reddish blonde with no highlights. I want to return it and it has been a nightmare! I am asking for a prepaid return shipping label and they are not cooperating and asking me to send it back to china. Very expensive on my dime. They are a scam or crooks or whatever you might want to call it.

Not any stars!!! I bought one wig. It was nothing like the picture representation on the website. It looked hideous. In the meantime I ordered a second. This was before the first one was received. When I received the first one, I immediately emailed wigsis explaining that I would be refusing the second wig. Long story short, after some back and forth, we settled on splitting the cost of the first order. However, they kept my money for the second order, which was unopened and refused via USPS. I contacted the BBB about both instances. I have yet to receive any refund for the second wig to date.

Oh my gosh, what a nightmare!!!! I just received the ugliest wig from this company. It looks like a mop sitting on my head. I am trying to get a refund and they want me to exchange it or accept a 10% refund. I wouldn't buy a dog biscuit from this company. I wish I had done a little more research into this seller and read reviews. Buyer remorse for sure!

Worst company ever, NEVER buy a wig from then. Soon as you request a full refund for a wig that you didnt order, they ghost you I will post this anywhere I can. Maybe we could start a webpage for this sucky service, so many people with BAD experiences. Let me know if you want to start, I will look after it. They need to quit ripping people off.

The only way this company could improve is to remove it from the web. If only I had read the reviews first! I purchased 2 wigs and neither looked like the picture. One would remind you of holiday tinsel on Xmas tree. Supposedly Remy human hair, it reflected light, and I lodged a complaint immediately and was met with resistance: would not provide a return address, wanted me to purchase yet another at 50% off without any refund on the first 2. It went back and forth for a week to where I said "I'll keep them for the kids at HALLOWEEN! (appropriate). DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, FIND WIGS THRU AMAZON WHERE YOU CAN RECOUP YOUR $$$$.

Do not buy from Wigsis. I agree with all the other complaints, word for word. The exact same experience The wig was 100% nit like the picture, and when I emailed them, they offered me the same scam...the wig looks fine, offered all kinds of gimmits to keep it. It is supposed to real hair, but I question that too. Turning it over to my card company as a scam
