This company is a scam!! They did not send me what I asked for. The part in middle is only 1 inch! Never again!!! I will report them as well to Better Business Borough in my area.

NEVER received my wig!

ORDERED A PARTICULAR WIG AND WHEN I GOT IT IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED AT ALL AND THEY REFUSED TO ASSIST ME. NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE IN MY LIFE. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR THAT'S HOW DISSATISFIED I WAS. THEY'RE A BUNCH OF THIEVES. I SPENT OVER 200.00 FOR THAT WIG BUT I'LL DONATE TO THE CANCER CENTER INSTEAD OF THROWING IT IN THE TRASH. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING PURCHASES IT'S IMPORTANT.

wigsis is a total scam. Sent a wig that is not anything like described and refused to refund despite website stating that they would refund within 14 days. I contact the company as soon as the wig arrived because it did not look anything like the photo and was rendered unusable unless you intend to wear for Halloween. The offered to pay 15% of a $245 wig that I have to throw in the trash. And they will not post negative reviews on their website. The last reviews if you noticed are before 2017. Likely all fake reviews

Stay away!! Charged me for 2 wigs. Trying to return one and get refund No communications from company Wig is so below standard. Will use it for Halloween

This company is a SCAMMING COMPANY! I purchased 2 ponytails in different colors and when they came both ponytails were missing the clips on the lace! (Nothing on the lace at all) I paid 130$ for 2 of these hair pieces and the vital important pieces missing are the clips? SERIOUSLY! I thought oh it shouldn’t be a problem? Right, this company has been trying to scam me for the last two weeks! Won’t send me replacements after sending photos showing the defective pieces and would be returning the defective ones! With a prepaid return label! Won’t give me a prepaid return label to return them! Want me to send them to some overseas address in China somewhere (me PAYING for it) , R U SERIOUS! Keep trying to have me keep them for MORE THEN half what I paid for them AND ME PAY TO HAVE THEM FIXED, they keep 71$ of the 130$ I paid and then me pay to have them fixed! ARE THEY NUTS, they came defective to me BRAND NEW! This is what a scamming company is and what one looks like! I have tried to work with them for weeks but I’m so done and want to warn others just DONT BUY FROM WIGSIS THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL SCREW U OVER EVEN WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY IN THE WRONG! 130$ order sent defective hair pieces and still don’t have my money back! Please know they will never do what is right by the customer even when it CLEARLY IS WIGSIS FAULT! And if you are selling in the USA HAVE A RETURN USA ADDRESS TO SEND BACK TO! R U SERIOUS!

I ordered a wig online, but was not sent the wig I ordered. I sent them pictures and they still claimed it was the one I ordered. They said I could buy another one at half price and keep the one I was sent. I asked for their address so I could exchange it. I needed to pay shipping and handling first. I found that it had to be mailed China. No way. Last offer was buy new one $80.
