WigsdoReviews of wigsdo.com

Please do not buy anything from this company. I revisited this site to see if people were still having trouble with this dishonest scamming company. I’m shocked that buyers don’t research before they spend hard earned money on these scammers. I bought my wig two years ago from them, and was able to get a charge back from American Express because the company took forever to send me my wig. The wig I finally received was garbage. Please don’t repeat my mistake, you might not be as fortunate as I was.

I wish I would’ve seen trust pilot and BBB reviews before I ordered on this site. December 29 I ordered a wig then canceled after seeing hundreds saying they got scammed! Ten emails back and forth with some woman name Olivia who promised to refund my debit card. It appears I got ripped off. This company must operate out of China because they’d never be able to operate this way in the US. I’m out $111. Buyer beware!!! Update 1/16/25 I finally got my money back after 17 days and over 15 emails back-and-forth with this company. you have to be relentless. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. The BBB intervened on my behalf and I think it helped turn the tide. They’re an awful company and very unethical so my review still stands that you avoid them, you might, if you’re relentless enough get your money back if you get the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission involved. Good luck.

I was duped. Spent $217.00 on 2 wigs. It took a month to receive and they were both horrible! The hair looked like it would be perfect for a Barbie doll. Color nor style had nothing to do with what I received. The hair was definitely synthetic. The same day I received it, I followed all the rules for initiating a return. Kept receiving emails that they were sure it would look nice on me if I just washed it, took it to a salon and had it professionally cut, a whole line of crap. This went on for 3 days and I kept saying that I was not happy with the wigs and that I wanted a full refund as advertised on their return policy. They were not worn, washed, etc. I sent pictures. I kept asking for the address to return the wigs. They came back with an offer of a 10% refund. I said no, I want a full refund and need the address to return the wigs. Their final offer was 15%. I am so angry I could spit nails! Lesson learned. Do NOT…I repeat, DO NOT order from these scammers.

Made a purchase for a 116 dollar wig ,and still haven't received my purchase but yet I was charged when I made purchase but no delivery it's been over two weeks ago no email no booking number

I ordered a remi human hair wig from this seller - 124.00. The wig I received was synthetic and uneven in length one side to the other. They offered me 12.00 in return. I had paid through PayPal. I filed a claim and received 40.00. There is always a risk when ordering from an other country. I suggest you look for another company to do business with.

It took over a month to get the wig. I ordered it for my wife who list her hair due to cancer. She passed away before the wig arrived. Customer service is horrible.

Do not use this company! The product is extremely inferior. Color shown is not the color you receive. Extremely deceptive! Requested a full refund. Hairpiece was never worn or taken out of plastic packaging. Color was so bad. Seventeen emails and they offer 15% off another product. You will never get a refund.

I received the wig I ordered, and it has a very hard line in the front. It looks completely fake and not as pictured. I tried to get a refund, but to no avail. I received the wig from Texas, and they are insisting that I send it back to China. They offered to make another wig for me and then proceeded to try and charge me $48 dollars for it. I refused to have the other wig made for me. And now I have a wig that I can not use.
