The ugliest cheapest Chinese hair available. They will rip you off. They stole my money and they stole yours. I think we should get together with some lawyers and do a class action lawsuit on them, they deserve to be bankrupt since they are bankrupt in dealing with customers or providing a good product. they will BS you and try to screw you over every chance they get stay away from these thieves!

do NOT buy from them. They send late and then don't provide you a way to return. No responses to 3 emails. Wig was cheap and not wearable.

Do not buy wigs from this company. The wigs look cheap and nothing like the pictures on the website. Even though they have a return policy on their website, they make it impossible to return a wig for a full refund.

I ordered a wig which cost me $142.00 on 02/06/2025. It finally arrived on 03/12/2025. The color, length and the quality, was NOT what was presented to me. I immediately tried to contact the company to speak or at least chat with an employee. I was not successful. I have twice sent a request for the process required to return the wig and receive my refund for the monies paid. I have not heard from the company. I am demanding my refund due to me of $142.00.

Do not buy from these scammers. THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I ordered a wig 12/1/24. Went through PayPal (who was totally useless and did not help me) when I ordered. It took over a month just to get the tracking information after several requests. When I hadn’t received my order in February, I decided to file a claim. Finally, this Elena person sent me an email with the tracking information and seemed to be threatening me to close the dispute stating we could resolve this matter in a “friendly way”. The tracking information never listed my address as a delivery. It said my package was delivered to a parcel locker, whatever that means. Needless to say, I never got the merchandise and lame*** PayPal denied my claim for a refund. They must have some kind of love affair with PayPal!!! STAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOKED SCAMMERS!!!

It took almost two months to get my wig. Wrong one sent no matter how many times I tried to correct the order number. Did not receive the free wig stand or caps. Never order from this company. $124 GONE.

They lost my wig they said it was delivered I have a package room and mail box in building. The company finally responded and said they said they send another never did and it is months . Reported to better business bureau . Lost money and so dispointed that i ordered from them now I have no wig
