They do not provide a confirmation number, nor do they answer e-mails. I never got the wig I ordered. This company makes me not want to order online again.

My wife ordered a wig on April 22,2025 and it arrived on May 7 ,2025. The color and length is not what was she ordered and advertised. I have 7 E-mail contacts and they refuse to give return address etc. Aways some counter offer with the last one being refund 10% of the $95.00 purchase and keep wig. When she placed the order I got alert from my Bank that credit card was used outside the US. Should have pay attention to that red flag. I have filed a dispute with my bank to see if can get money back. Not optimistic. Thie is a scam company. Do not do busines with them. Update May 26 My bank has temporarily refunded my$125 and will make it permanent if no response from PayPal within 60 days.

Do NOT BUY from Wigsdo! You will pay for it and not receive the wig. That is what happened to me. Out $130 and no wig. They did not care.

I purchased wig from Wigsdo.com. My account showed the wig had shipped but it hadn't come so I emailed asking for a status update....NO RESPONSE. After a week or so it finally arrived, but the wig looks NOTHING like I ordered. Style, color and texture is totally different. It was supposed to be human hair but looks and feels like synthetic. Again, I emailed to get a return/refund...NO RESPONSE!! Save yourself a lot of aggravation and money by not buying from this company. VERY poor customer service!!

Don't, I repeat, DON'T order from this scam company. I placed an order and canceled within 24 hours. They will not refund my money to Pay Pal, even though I canceled within 24 hours. How dare they take advantage of people with their deceptive sales scams. I am furious and intend to take it further. They have essentially stolen 139.00!!!!! Buyer beware!!

I tried to be honorable, the package arrived several weeks after I put a hold on my funds, when it arrived I released the funds. The product was the nothing like it was pictured. This includes both the coloring and the styling. After emailing them 3 time, with no response, in an attempt to getting a refund, by their rules. When I tried to reopen the dispute, my credit card company denied my request.

They stole my money and I have proof!!! If you’d like to know, let me show you.

They don’t even deserve to get 1 star they are so bad. Their customer service is atrocious. Don’t waste your money or time as they are thieves.
