Zero stars should be an option for rating this company. I purchased a wig from wigsdo.com. Their website says they accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. I requested an authorization to return the item within the 14 days and was put off for over a week with reasons why I should just keep the wig. The wig was not the color or the style I had ordered. It was inferior. A person named Olivia kept giving me reasons why I should keep the wig. None of them were acceptable. I just wanted my money back in exchange for the item. All I got was “what ifs”. “What if we restyle it for an additional fee?” “What if you just keep it. I’m sure it looks nice on you?” This is a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSDO.

This is a bad company . It says give you a refund if not happy with your purchase. It will not The color was nothing like picture-They said it was human hair it was not. It was too thick and look like something you would wear for Halloween. Please don’t waste your money.

I have bought 4 wigs from Wigdo. I guess its the old "insanity is doing the same thing over again". Not once did I get the color as depicted on my computer. Not even close. I have silver hair. Each of the wigs was yellow. The investment alone was too much, but none of the wigs came from the same place, nor was there billing, return or invoice information involved.

This company has no interest in improving and is probably a scam! Unfortunately, I had ordered a wig that looked beautiful and definitely my style. However, what I received was totally different. I made several attempts to return this wig to get a refund to no avail. The response I got was wanting to give me 10% back on what I spent or exchange it for another one. Do not order from this company! Bottom line, I’m stuck with this horrible Wong!

I wanted to return a Wigsdo unworn wig. They say they can be reached by email or by filling out a form on their site. They never replied back. I lost $88

Horrible company. I ordered 5 wigs human hair.. but they all showed up synthetic I did go online and checked the reviews.. they all turned out this is a bad and a scam company. They never wanted to refund the money. I hope my credit card will refund the money to me. Dont buy from them!!

I ordered a wig and got a fraud warning from the bank so Immediately sent an email to them to cancel the order. I followed their policy and there was no where to cancel. I sent pictures showing the pixie hair I chose, and what they sent. What they sent looked like they had shaped it with a bowl and there was no way it would ever be a pixie. They emailed back stating that I would be happy with the order and I again said I want to cancel. This happened 3 or 4 times and then I get an email back saying I cannot cancel because i9t is too late to cancel and I will be so happy with the product. It arrived and I immediately stated I want the address to return this. All I have gotten so far is have someone style it you will love it...consider 2 for the price of one and all sorts of other deals...email after email...everytime saying I want to return it...the latest email said I can keep it and they will give me a 10% refund...I responded with I want to return for a full refund....and I can see this is never going to happen...Is there a way to give no stars?
