This company is a scam.They do not send any product and will so far as to eventually tell you it's been sent and will give you a tracking number that does not relate to any shipped package. I have had to ask my credit card company to investigate as fraud and also had to file with the post office as possible mail fraud. They register a package with the USPS but never send it. So you get a tracking number that, on the USPS site, continuously shows that the package is on it's way from a private party to the USPS.

This company is a joke. I received a wig that looked nothing like the photo. It also was assembled poorly. Looked like the front was sewed on like an afterthought. It took forever because it came from China. I wanted to return the wig and their answer was they could make me another wig if I just paid $45. I went back and forth with them a few time. Their latest response was they would credit me $5.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!?

Beware, don't order from this site. Its advertised as human hair and isn't, it looks nothing like what is on their site. Very poor quality synthetic wig. They say they are in Canada, then it comes up as Australia when in reality they are in China. Total scam....

I'm having my worst retail experience with this wig company. Buyer beware! Got a hideous wig and trying to return. Cost is 35 to 50 dollars to a very long address to a man in China! Good luck in trying to get info about them. Molly or Lucy, using poor english, respond via email. Do not judge styles by the pictures. If there are any favorable reviews, be aware they are probably planted by them! Very bad business model. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Stick with reputable businesses like wig.com or others. Lots of scam companies out there, especially during pandemic.

I got the wrong color of wig, I notified the company who informed me it would cost $,70.00 to return the wig and get the correct one.

I ordered for the first time and it took over a month to get and it's not the one I ordered mine was short and this one is shoulder length and looks like a mop on my head. Thank God I didn't pay a lot for it. Going to see if my hair dresser can fix it when this virus is gone

This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BE FOOLED! The good reviews on this website is FAKE! I'm so irritated that I made an account on here to put a review, since the only place this website has a review is through here, Trustpilot. These wigs were advertise to me via Instagram. Red flag right there. Now days, ads on Insta are 80% scams. I placed an order in February. They sent me an email saying it was shipped, that I should receive it in 5-7 days. Time passed. I received NOTHING. I contacted customer service for a refund. It took 2 weeks to get a reply from them after I emailed them 3 times. They said the wig is going to be ship, for me to wait patiently as this is a high quality wig. So they never ship the wig! Why send me an email saying it was ship. 2nd time around. I waited. A month after I received an email, saying the same thing. That my item was shipped, I should receive it in 5-7 days along with the tracking #. They're using some kind of tracking website that I've never seen before, and I order tons of stuff online. I tracked it, and everything was BS. It said shipped from China, and then it got returned back to China. Like wth? I didn't even receive the item. And it only displayed shipped, then return. This is FAKE. SCAM. I contacted cutomer service again, and I noticed they changed the subject to *warning* after what I write in the original subject line. I suppose, it's so that the other reps know that I'm a threat cause I kept emailing them about a wig I ordered but never received. I asked kindly for a refund, and they refused saying that the wig was definitely shipped and after they made it, they cannot do a refund. Clearly this is not going anywhere. I opened a dispute with my bank. It's going to take a very long time for this to end.

The worst customer service. I received the wig weeks after placing the order and it was not as described when I received it. I requested a return and refund (never tried on and still in the box) and the representative refuse to do it. They’re trying to get me go try it on because if I do, then according to their rules you can’t return it. Now they’re telling me pay an additional $80 after I paid $160 to get a different wig. They’re taking advantage of people and adding stress to my situation when this should be the last thing I stress about.
