This company is not in the states they are in China. It takes months to receive your order and the wigs look nothing like their pictures. Please DO NOT waste your time and money with these people. If you have lost your hair as I have from chemo then you have enough to deal with, you don’t need the added stress of this company. My advice is go into a reputable wig salon/shop, try on and select what you like in person. You will get better faster service and walk out feeling like a confident person again. Stay away from the mail order wigs !!

I got caught. They are a scam. They put pictures of beautiful wigs up and what they send looks nothing like it. The wigs are junk! Don't buy anything from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They lie lie lie and then lie some more. I paid for a topper and it cost c.£150. After several months and many emails on my part where I kept asking for a refund they kept making excuses! Eventually after I contacted PayPal I was sent a sub-standard topper which was unfinished and useless plus it didn't even have the clips attached. Best place for it the RUBBISH BIN! I lost my money but it was a big lesson for me. So do yourself a favour and save yourself a headache - buy from elsewhere and pay double if you have to for a better professional service from people who care and actually understand what 'customer care' means. This company is nothing but a thief!

Bought a wig topper. Was not real hair, was very thin and NO CLIPS TO FASTEN TO HEAD. THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

I wish I would have found this site before I ordered from them. What a joke! Sent a crappy little topper for $150 and wouldn't take it back as promised. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a human hair wig $283.00 got synthetic. Not anything like style ordered needs to be styled. Sent in crushed box wig in plastic bag. Contacted customer service said they would send a human hair wig at a cost.(1/2 price) I asked for refund of difference between the wig answer NO. Please don't order from WIGSDO AVOID. SCAMMED OUT OF MY MONEY!!!

Don't walk, RUN AWAY! I ordered from this seller and they send you the wrong color, wrong length and no clips attached to the hair piece. I complained with them directly first, they pretended that they don't understand. I then complained with PayPal, and wanted to return the item for a refund, but they gave me the an incomplete address to send it back to China, so it was impossible before the deadline ran out. I then complained to my credit card company, and the seller fabricated a complete different story of lies so that they didn't have to be responsible and I had to eat the charges and stuck with this useless piece of hair. Safe yourself the pain and stay away!

Scam scammers scam scammers fo not buy from them. Bad product they don't honour return. I lost $199 here.
