Buyer beware! This company will not honor their refund policy as explained in their website. The wig I received was not as described or pictured. I offered to return it unpacked and unworn. After numerous emails attempting to get me to pay more money for a replacement, they only offered a 10% refund with no return. Pitiful, and I doubt that I will ever see even that refund.

Thank goodness for PayPal's refund system. Avoid this company by all costs. As previous reviewers have posted, they advertise real human hair wigs, show a beautiful picture on their website, and then bait and switch with a cheap nylon wig that would only be fit for Anime costuming. Then they say they don't allow returns. PayPal gave them short shrift and refunded my payment very promptly once they saw my photos and the emails from the seller. Wigsdo sent me 5 emails, each getting a little more impatient and trying to intimidate. I see Wigsdo also have bots putting positive reviews here, which is unfortunate. Do not buy from them; dishonest and substandard.

This is a terrible product and company. I ordered because the website said you could return the product for a refund. I have sent over 20 emails requesting a return address with no luck. The best I got was they would give me a 25% refund which has not happened either. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Terrible service paid $30 extra to get express shipping. 16 days still no date for delivery! Really scared to see the wig they have lied about everything so far. Be patient!😣😤 Received wig feels nice but heavier then most with detail to inside of wig.
