This was the worst quality and color on a wig that I have ever ordered. The color came out as a brassy bronze and looked very shiny and synthetic. The do not do refunds. No customer service, no help.

Ordered a wig and it was hideous. I don't know what they got the hair off, of.but definitely was not human hair. The color was.a neon reddish brass. Tried to return for a refund. Was bombarded with.emails avoiding subject of return. No way to call - no phone number. No address - so can't return. Just lost.over a hundred dollars. Do not buy from this.company.

I would have given them a 0 if it was an option! I had purchased what was thought to be 12" HUMAN hair,FULL LACE wig.What I actually received was a 22" synthetic,lacefront only wig!!!! I was outraged! This fake looking wig, looked like a halloween cheap costume wig! Their shipping also took almost a month too! Please BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Whoever gave them 4 or 5 stars are fake review. This company is horrible and its a scam. The wig I received is horrible and synthetic when I paid for human hair. I want to return it but they offered me 20% refund which I declined. They keep on insisting on 20% discount which I declined several times. Never ever buy from this company.

It is a horrible company. I ordered a hair topper. It took weeks for it to arrive, the color is way off and they sent it WITHOUT CLIPS to fasten the hair to my own. They have been awful to deal with. They refuse to give me a refund and refuse to even acknowledge that they sent me a defective product. Do not buy from them.

scam they send crappy wigs that dont look anything like picture or description and they wont give refund. they lie on website

The wig I received was not as advertised based on the description and photo. The cap was a basic cap but I ordered what they called a Chemo Wig (since I have alopecia, the cap is important to me). Also advertised as having SmartLace. It had NO lace what so ever. They WILL not give me a refund or even an exchange. They said to use it as a back up and they will give me 25% off my next purchase, like I am going to purchase from them again! I payed top dollar for a synthetic wig, $237 so I felt confident I would receive a wearable wig. It has a fake part sewn in and looks like a Costume Wig. I am so disappointed.

This company is fraudulent!! Don't buy from them!! Their wigs are awful and they will not give you a refund.
