I bought a wig and couldn't decide whether to laugh or cry when it arrived. The bangs were so bad. I called them for a refund. Gal suggested I wash the wig. Long story short I contacted better business bureau..after messaging the company repeatedly for a refund. I took my 80% they offered me and learned a lesson. Would never buy from them again. Shoddily made!

I just paid $196.00 for an education. I wish I had read reviews on this company first. After reading reviews on returns, I’ll just not even bother trying. Their wigs scream wig! They are terrible and the color is strange. They take pictures off popular websites to advertise their wig but it’s not even close to the picture. I hope I can save someone else their hard earned money. Shipping takes forever too. Don’t do Wigsdo

This company is an scam and fraudsters, They place items on their website and deliver a product that is not what they advertise. I have been going back and forth with them since January 14, 2021 about a product "Wig" I purchased on December 2021. at the cost of $261.00 USD. The wig is horrendous. This practice is not okay. This company is a SCAM!!!!

Absolute ripoff to the tune of $82. Wig looks fake as hell, like it came from a doll factory. I'm not even going to waste my money sending it back. Read the numerous reviews from REAL reviewers. They will tell you the truth. What kind of "business" won't leave a phone number for customer service? If I could give less than one star, I would. Don't donate your money to them. Never again.

If I could I wouldn’t give this company any stars. It’s the worst and they could care less that I’m posting this. The wig I ordered is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. Nothing about it looks like the advertisement. When I complained to them they actually told me to take it to a hairstylist and have it cut and colored. REALLY!! I’ve requested a return and refund with five emails and get replies that are in broken English. They are toying with me and have no intention of complying.

BUYER BEWARE! This is a terrible company. My wig was a completely different in color and style from the one I ordered. They DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an Order with Wigsdo and canceled the Order within hours of placing it. Wigsdo took $487 from my credit card and insisted that I continue with the Order. When I disputed their charge against my card they lied to the credit card company and quickly sent a package I rejected at the Post Office. Until this day I have received nothing from Wigsdo but can prove they took money from my credit card and provided no services or product. I pray every day that God punishes them for their fraudulent business methods. I would love to send documentation: email exchanges and photos of rejected postal. The unit I was ordering would have been customized. The package they sent arrived within days after the customized order was canceled.

I received the wig, and was horrified. It was horrible. It was so small, I couldn't even get it on my head. The hair was plastiky and not real human hair. I have sent numerous emails to return ( no paperwork included in with product) and get my money back. NO ANSWER! I think this is a scam and rip off business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
