Would have given a zero. My grandmother who is losing her hair because of illness wanted to purchase a wig, and did so through this company. Spent over 200.00 on a wig, and when she received it, it looked nothing like the picture. She wanted to return the wig, the address they gave us was a joke. I asked for a refund and they said they would give 156.00 back when they received the wig. They said please consider this because it’s cost effective. The thing is the address is a joke, so they will never receive it. and then she won’t have a wig or her money back. Please please please do not let these people take advantage of you, and steal your money. Go elsewhere! They are scammers taking advantage of old and Ill people looking for wigs, it’s disgusting!

I ordered and paid for a dark brown, human hair messy bun for $126. Was sent a black one. Company was no help. Kept wanting to deduct from the charges minimal amounts. Finally went through PayPal and got my money refunded. Thought I'd try to bleach then dye the hair. It IS NOT real human hair. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks. Thankfully, PayPal worked with me and gave me a full refund.

I ordered a wig from them because I have cancer and my hair is falling. It took forever to receive the wig (I was not aware it was coming from China, they do not specify that on their website). The wig looked nothing like the one in the picture, just touching it or brushing it a lot of hair is falling. I cannot wear because the frontal bangs are so long I cannot see through it. I asked for a refund or free exchange and they are refusing always coming up with some excuses. Do not use this company, it is a scam and they do not care if customers are happy or not!

Unfortunately I read reviews from the Wigsdo.com website....and believed them. I wish I had done more homework. I don't need to go on because every negative review on this company you read on Trustpilot is the exact same thing I experienced. I tried submitting a negative review on the wigsdo.com website but it has yet to post. So here is another sucker telling you to never make a purchase with wigsdo.com.

First I thought I was purchasing from a US retailer. Purchased a topper in the middle of November they said I would receive it in 15 days. I didn’t receive it until the end of December. [It was a topper & had no pressure clips . A topper with no way to put it on. The color wasn’t the one I ask for, I asked for a return slip for mailing never heard from them again. Stay away from these people. They are fraudulent from China. They get you with their low prices….I lost my money. Stay away Please!

STAY AWAY from this company. First of all it took almost two months for them to acknowledge that I didn’t receive my wig. It was only after I contacted my credit card company and told them that I was involved in what I thought was a fraud, that they finally decided to send me “a thing” in the mail. This thing that they sent was a joke of a wig, something I couldn’t even get on my head. Their website site says “refunds within 30 days” LIES! I spent $193 dollars paid for that garbage of a wig that they sent. Some people need wigs due to hair loss from chemo and these disgusting dishonest people are ripping them off with their garbage product and empty promises . Stay way from these dishonest horrible people

I would give this company a zero rating if it were available. They are total scammers I paid over $200 for a wig that I could’ve bought at the Halloween store. It is not human hair it’s synthetic it looks like crap and they refuse to give me their return address so that I can mail it back and get a refund. This company has Stopped communicating with me and told me that the address on the products package is not a address for a return. They refused to give me a valid address so that I can get a refund.

Wigs are not human hair but synthetic! They come from China and will NOT pay for return shipping! They send the wrong color and cheap wig. Takes so long to receive and is total garbage! They will try everything for you to keep it but dont fall for it. I received my full refund.
