DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... I SHOULD HAVE RESEARCHED FURTHER. THEY ARE NOT IN THE US, IT WILL TAKE FOREVER TO GET YOUR PRODUCT IF YOU EVER DO. AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU AN ADDRESS TO RETURN PRODUCT TO. THEY WILL NEGOTIATE A PERCENTAGE OF THE AMOUNT... UNTIL YOU GIVE UP AND JUST TAKE IT.. THEY WILL NOT TAKE THE WIG BACK, EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED, AND SEND THEM PICTURES.

This place is a joke! Ordered a lace hairpiece color number 2 with 40% gray human Remy hair and synthetic gray. So I received it and it's more like a color number 7 light light brown and the hair feels like synthetic. I contacted them asking about the color with another similar product pic of it next to theirs, no comparison in color. They told me you will look good in that color.

Horrible product and they refuse to accept returns even though the tags and original packaging is all exactly as received. NEVER buy from them!!!

NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. You will receive a wig, but it will not be the right color, the hair is poor synthetic knockoff, takes month to get to you and and good luck trying to get any help or support to get your money back. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

BE AWARE - DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY WIGS FROM WIGS DO. Every negative feedback on here is true because it happened to me too. I gave them one star because it didn’t have anything lower. I am their latest victim and your next if you buy from them. They’re getting away with scamming us because they are a communist country, china. It needs to be shut down. Please join me in BOYCOTTING wigs do. We have rights but only if we BUY AMERICAN

Very unsatisfactory . I placed an order, they did not say that it is not returnable . Received the wigs it looks like you have a mop on your head . When I ask for their address to return they tell me to try again, take it to my hair dresser to fix it. But never gave the address as to where they are located . Poor service , horrible product . Don’t get scammed . Do not order from them and feel cheated and scammed like me and my three friends do .

I haven't received anything yet. After being charged twice I asked them to cancel both orders. I was asked if I would take $30. discount on the second wig, I told them I don't want two, only the one I ordered. I asked for a confirmation of the cancellation, I was told it was too late. The order was placed and was confirmed on 5/3/22. When I checked my email the next morning I saw a second order for the same item. There was no valid email address for WigsDo when I ordered, I found one a few days later. My wig was not custom. It was shipped on 5/16/22. I do not believe that there was no time to cancel the order that I was "slammed" with. I have feeling that returning it will be very difficult!
