DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a blonde human 8" straight hair topper. 4 weeks later I received a red/auburn synthetic hair 14" curly topper. I continue to email them with photos and they are not responsive. I am concerned that I will never see my $123.90 refund. I have contacted the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!

BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSDO.COM!!!! Sent me the wrong topper and said they would make it right and then sent a random wig that was absolutely not even close to what I ordered. Then told me they would refund me $60 of my $230 order and now they will not respond. I am so disappointed in this company! They are absolutely horrible and this should be illegal! I really wish I would have read the reviews before!!

Stay away from WigsDo. I purchased a wig for my wife but they sent the wrong color. My wife was advised by the beauty parlor where she has her hair done that it was not genuine human hair as it was supposed to be. After many email between both parties they stopped communicating so I asked my bank to intervene. Wigsdo sent me an email to return the wig and I would receive a full refund. I returned the wig but they did not issued me a refund. So my advice is to stay away from them. Fortunately Bank of America issued me a credit for the amount I payed to my credit card account.

Received the wrong products. Returned 6 wigs to them via China (yes, no US address). I have proof that it was delivered months ago, but I have not received any credit (over $600 worth).

I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before buying from this company. I received a totally different wig than the one ordered. I was told to wash it, brush it arrange it, or take it to a hairdresser to get it trimmed. They do not stand behind their product and they do not honor their return policy.

This website and company is a scam. I spent over $276.00 for a Michelle Obama wig. $188.00 online, plus US exchange rate. Turns out the wig came from China. I have the tracking # of proof. The wig is synthetic, a bob cut, a part in the middle and poor quality. This company refusing to refund full amount although I sent numerous photos of proof it is not the wig they advertised. Advertised Remy Human Hair Full lace shoulder length without bangs exquisite 14'Michelle Obama wig $188.00. Over 20 emails back and forth for a refund for $50 US and keep the wig. I do not think this is reasonable!

I ordered a hair topper. It came and it is wrong color. I wanted to exchange or refund item. It costed over $400.00.. I wear hair toppers so I am aware what color I would like. Sometimes hard to judge on line.. They refused return or exchange and are offering me 25% refund. They continually Send me the same responses. They have even suggested I give it as a gift to someone?!
