A caring and positive culture
I have been working at Children's Cancer Association full-time Pros CCA is a very supportive and caring place to work filled with professionals who do their very best to support families everyday. I am proud of the work we accomplish and the people I get to work with. The organization works hard to create a fun and positive work environment. CCA is on a strong path for growth which keeps the work ever-changing an exciting. Cons While I personally don't view this as a con, it is important for potential candidates to know CCA has strong growth targets and is incredibly fast paced. It is a great place to work if you are flexible, adaptable and thrive on exploring new opportunities. I find it challenging, interesting and innovative however, some may prefer or more slow paced environment.
