Do not buy from this company. The wig didn't look like the one I ordered, wrong color. And now they want me to send it back and only give me about$ 20. !! I sent them all these pictures thinking I was going to get a refund, I still haven't. I spent 130. So beware. If you don't like it, you will not get your money back

Do not buy from this Company.Their a Fraud. I ordered a wig from them and was given no receipt or tracking number. I went back to their Website to find out why. They said that they could not find where I had ordered anything. So they took my money And I will get nothing in return. These people belong in prison. Will definitely contact my lawyer and the Police.

Dreadful dead hair. I got correct item but it is horrible condition very dry and clumps come out AVOID like the plague

Scam, I am also having the same problem. The wig isn't as it appears on their website. I wish that I would have read these reviews before I ordered one. So, I'm also getting scammed. Guess I'm loosing my money too.

Don’t waste your time with this site, a total rip off! I ordered a blonde wig as I am blonde, what I received was an ugly brown wig! Emailed to return it, was told by Olivia they went to a lot of trouble to send to me and I should keep it! I want to return and now she is not replying to my emails. Poor service, misleading pictures and no help, they are not interested.

Do not purchase from this website. Your website is clearly a thieving site that is only interested in making money by selling fake items. I'm really sorry I bought it. You don't even follow your own website's policy, which you mentioned. I will never be able to recover my money from this website because they do not adhere to any laws. They use phony photos to sell their junk to others.

It took over a month to get my wig, when I received it the cap was way to big and it was not even close to the style I ordered. I asked for a refund and I was told to just have a hairdresser cut it and fix it for me. I told them that the cap was so large that a hair cut would not make a difference. After several days of going back and forth when them they would only refund me $35.00 on a $172.00 wig and told me to keep the wig. What a scam.
