Never buy Revlon products stay away from sale items as they are not refundable. I understand the policy and I know exactly the color and style. The wig I purchased was very thin and although it was a monofilament wig, you could literally see the seams where it had been sewed. It was very "wiggy"

Dani We have carried Revlon products since the beginning of our business and they have for the most part had great acceptance. I am sure many of our customers would agree but just like with any given brand, style or color is not for everybody and we understand where you are coming from. With regards to clearance items, we have it stated in our policies that they are non refundable. Clearance wigs are a great way to purchase a certain style or color if you already know what you are getting, that way you save a few extra bucks. For trying a new style or color we do not suggest buying from clearance. Regardless of the situation, we provide free style and color help upon request and also suggest other forms of helpful material in order to make a more informed purchase.
