I have been buying wigs here since 2002, and that says something about how I view their customer service and prices. Joseph and Barbara have always been very helpful and timely in their responses to my questions. I have recommended them highly to others.

I live in Australia. Have always ordered the same wig. Delivery has been express and delivery usually happens within 1 week. There has never been a problem.

i live in in a country town in australia and when i was 30 I was diagnosed with alopaecia-i was devastated .The only wigs that I could find were either (a)atrocious; (b)expensive and/or (c) only able to be picked up from a major city.Then I found wig salon online-not only do I get compliments constantly on the cut and colour of my "hair"but the postage costs and prices enable me to order several times per year (although the fall in the aussie dollar hurt a bit !!! )

I have told with this company for many years and always been helpful and treated me fairly. I can recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

Wig Salon is always helpful in making a selection, product arriving on time and good customer service. I recommend them highly and no shipping charge.

Great to work with. Good prices. They help you with selection of color, even over the Internet. And are great about returns if the color or style is not right when you receive it. Best wig store of the several I tried.
